The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.
I was totally impressed with being able to talk to someone, who gave me an honest estimate as to what time they would arrive. Also for the fact that i actually talked to them on the phone, & not listening to a 9 min recorded sales pitch, as i did with AMA. I was also impressed by the fact that another lady was
also stranded, & needed their help, & they took the time to tow her out of an embankment without having booked. There service was excellent & professional. I Highly Recommend Hook-N-Go
