    Tony went more than Above and Beyond. During the equipment installation he explained the process giving me a much clearer idea of how it worked and how I could maintain the signal capture. Tony even helped with some programming issues that the service provider could not be bothered to deal with. All in all, a wonderful fella doing a great job. He has definitely earned himself an annual Christmas card!
