    Dave has a number...

    Dave has a number of jobs at my place, including fencing, exterior repair, structural improvements and flooring. No matter what the job, he's always reliable, thorough and pays attention to detail. He's always on budget and listens to his clients. Always going above and beyond.

    Condo repairs

    Two summers ago our condominium association (strata) hired Dave and his crew to repair a wall where moisture had gained access to both the exterior and interior. This damaged both the interior and exterior of the wall as well as the adjoining deck. Dave and his crew did an amazing job. Not only was the project completed on time and on budget, but everything was cleaned properly and they were very considerate of the condo owners and renters and worked around their schedules.

    Fantastic!

    Last summer I had Dave re-do my entire entry way (stairs, floors and risers). I was amazed at how much he put into this - they look amazing! His attention to detail and his vision of how things can look are huge selling points. I have no problem at all referring Dave and Fix Contracting for any work you may need.

    I've had bad expe...

    I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and i was pleasantly surprised with these guys. They did a great job, finished on time and under budget. I would recommend them to anyone who pays attention to details- work was pristine.

    I would not recom...

    I would not recommend this outfit. After the preliminary work was in progress, the owner did not return any of my emails or calls. It seemed to get off to an average start, then poof, it was devoid. I lost a few hundred dollars in the process.
