For more than 27 Years, I've been giving top notch advise and direction in the sale and purchase of residential properties including: single family dwellings,condos, townhouses,leaseholds, lots, and bare-land stratas. I particularily specialize in helping empty nesters make the critical decisions needed in order to successfully transition from their large home to the property type and location that's uniquely best for them. For example: K and D had a nice family house. But, the children had left home, the yard work wasn't how they wanted to spend their time and they were nearing retirement.
