Quality work (best hairstylist I have ever had). Alice always asks what problems you are having with your hair, and she solves it. The shop has a very relaxing atmosphere and Alice is a delight to talk to. As to her fee -- you are paying for expert quality -- not just going to any hair salon.

She takes the time to get to know you and more importantly your hair. She is an artist and it shows through every colour or cut she has done on me.
