    One word: Horrendous

    Absolutely despicable service. Uncourteous and rude. My advice to you: take your clients more seriously, take the time to explain and educate, because people talk and word of mouth gets around. I'm astonished that these people are appointed to handle these matters. By far some of the worst people I've ever encountered in business. Good luck to you, and good luck to those who choose to use them for their services. Horrendous.
