    Roy came to fix my fridge, he was very nice and professional when he arrived. He was able to fix my fridge in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

    I would not recommend Roy at Better General Appliance Service. Our refrigerator stopped working and I decided to call Roy because of the reviews I found online. I don’t know if they were all friends and family reviewing him, but we had a terrible experience. He showed up one hour late for the appointment. When he arrived, he only looked at the fridge for five minutes and didn’t run any diagnostics. He told me it was going to cost $575 to fix the fridge because it was the mother/control board tha
