    I had purchased a King size Firm Mattress (~CAD 500) in Jun20 and the mattress sinked from two sides in 3 months, my wife developed a Back Pain because of that. I have made several requests on call (which they stopped picking after some days) and visited the owner multiple times to ask them to have a look on mattress ,but they will have same reply This cant happen ,weve been selling for these.. many years. Also, their co-worker made a remark Do you guys dance on mattress- Exact Words. PL
