John is a terrible plumber. I hired him to do my basement reno; he took the money and ran. He left my basement with a leak. His idea of fixing a leak is wrapping it with duct tape. Do not pay him up front. He is only capable of installing a toilet. If you hire him for any other job you will have problems. When the City came to inspect his work, the Inspector called it a dog’s breakfast. He messed up all the plumbing lines and vents. Failed inspection. Had to call a real plumber to fix it all.
