I have been dealing with Brenda for over 20 years. Very efficient and very knowledge. She goes out of her way to help accomplish what you are trying to do. People that have bad compliments to say should really be care full what they say. All I have to say is that she is one of the most helpful person and I will always go back. Great service and pleasant person to deal with. She has been their for over 25 years and if she as bad as the comments she would have never mad it this length of time.

Absolutely horren...

Absolutely horrendous customer service. This woman is only kind or friendly to those she seems to see a benefit in. She was rude, condescending, didn't acknowledge my presence, answered a phone to chat whilst talking to me, and made me feel like I was a hassle and not worth her time. Listen to the bad reviews- they're the only truthful ones. I couldn't believe how horrible I felt being there- I walked out without getting my prints, because I didn't want to ever have to come back.

Excellent Service

We have been using Brenda's Blueprinting for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. Excellent customer service and always willing to help when we are on a tight schedule!

Don't listen to the last reviewer. I've just started using Brenda's Blueprinting and won't go anywhere else. She consistently goes the extra mile to deliver on-time and offers blueprinting that is way better than CanCADD. She is friendly, straight-forward and down-to-earth. If her fast printer is down, she will give you ultra-high-quality prints on her colour machine at no extra cost. Awesome.

Never going back!

I'm never one to write reviews, but I left this place with boiling blood. Bad customer services is one thing, but when it's the owner of the business who makes you feel like you're not worth her time, that's the kind of place you never return to.
