    I jut picked up a beautiful new pair WM Moorby boots from them a few days ago. I could not be happier with the high level of customer service I received and the quality of products they offer. They have just earned a new loyal customer.

    The worst ever! Had my 25 year old cowboy boots in for new heels and toe tips. They ended up putting rubber soles over my leather soles, so then had double stitches, the toe tips were not flush with the boot and the nails kept sliding up, so toe tips fell off, went back to ask them to fix their mistakes, and the old man started yelling and swearing at myself and my sister. He even laid hands on my sister as he told her to get the blank out of his store.

    We sincerely apologize if you had a bad experience in our store and thank you for your opinion to helping make us better, we would of hoped upon picking up your boots sometime last year there was no satisfaction, we would of liked to make it better right on the spot and not months after. Having a good reputation in business over 40 years, customer service is priority. We don't take advantage of our customers and expect the same in return, we are a shoe repair shop.
