    This company is rune by an owner who is rude and aggressive. If you dare to ask a question when he is scamming you he will threaten you and call names. The plummers he sends out know very little about actual plumbing and will do damage so they can come back to fix it. They quoted my landlord $750 for labour and parts on something that I fixed with $3. They put a broken part in and I caught them. A second time I saw them shove a bag down the sink. Do NOT use this company.

    The expense I had with this company was terrible. The tech was good and did his job good The company charged me over $220.00 for cleaning the kitchen drain sink which took 20 min for the tech to do. I got quoted over the phone from receiptionist ($150.00 + gst) as an hour for labor + shop fees, etc. If the company would have been upfront with me about the charges before they did 20 min job, I would definitely be calling a different company to get my drain fixed. The owner of the company is rude
