In 1986, Preston Medical Pharmacy was launched in the business area of Preston, Cambridge. Initially opening as an independent, medical dispensary the owner quickly realized that there was a need in Cambridge for a clinically based pharmacy which specialized in home health care supplies. Preston Medical Pharmacy is an independently owned home health care pharmacy specializing in clinical pharmaceutical services including a quit smoking program, diabetic education and training. We also offer personalized palliative care, specially compounding and blister packaging . Our patients have access to blood pressure testing and blood glucose meter training. Please come in and see the difference personalized service can make. Our professional staff is dedicated to spending time with you to discuss your needs.

    I am writing on behalf of my mom who I care for. I cannot say enough of Preston Medical Pharmacy and their Team. Their service is over and beyond from packaging moms meds getting them delivered to the house every two weeks. To their professionalism is above and beyond their call of duty. Moms Nitro had expired and I did not notice. They called to let me know it had expired and it needed to be renewed. I was not aware of it. But they go the extra step. Thank you from Mom and I

    This pharmacy was excellent to deal with until a couple of years ago, when they changed ownership. Since that time, their accounting has been in error, I have received two different strengths of medicine in one prescription, and received extra pills in other prescriptions. Nathan and Gina really try to be helpful, but I seriously question their young counter-help as well as their accounting practices.

    Thank you for taking the time to review our pharmacy. I am not sure who informed you that ownership has changed, but Preston Medical Pharmacy has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1986 and remains so today. The young people you see in our pharmacy are mostly students on a work term from the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy. I would hope that any of our patients reading this review will post their own review detailing what they think of our services.
