Three time no-show for one repair with many excuses. No call to tell me hes not coming, just didnt come - three times! Nine days later I gave up.

I have had Shillion fix my appliances for years -- lots of different ones, because they tend to stay fixed. He is knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and explains what he is doing. I will wait for Shillion before going anywhere else.
