Dino Gets Off Track...and RUINS Hair!!!

I used to use Dino for yrs as he was the first to cut my long, thick hair without layering it. I was super impressed!!! But the last time I used him I SPECIFICALLY told him that I HAD to look good cuz I was going to my High School Reunion that nite. I also told him NOT to touch my bangs cuz I'd already cut them myself. He ended up chatting with other clients about his many other, shall we say, interests. I blv this must have distracted him, because in the past I hadn't had nearly this bad an experience. But when I left there and got home and looked at my hair...he had cut my bangs so short that it was WORSE than a BOWL Cut... ...AND he had cut my hair "inches" shorter than I asked. I said ONLY to trim the ends and that ALL I was needing was my hair thinned (as it gets so thick). I didn't need a "cut" as the length was fine...as just the ends get split btwn cuts, everyone knows. So he ignored my 2 most adamant requests and RUINED my hair. I was so Depressed that I almost didn't go to the reunion, but my classmates on Facebook talked me into it. I had a pretty nice time although I HATED how I looked. I wish I hadn't paid him for this AWFUL service and I wanted my MONEY BACK...but I am scared of confrontation so I avoid it. I have not and will not be going back to him unless he did something to make it up...and it would take a LOT!!!
