    Canada Goose jacket Ruined!!!!

    Cleaned my Canada Goose jacket and over heated it so there was a hole left through it at the large zipper clasp. After sending it back to them as there was no hole when I dropped it off they said they would send it away for testing. The area around the hole was shiny like a burn. Three months and does not return my calls or the coat. They said they stared a claim with Canada Goose for the warrany testing but refuses to send claim number,communication, or address for me to get info From CGoose
