Gerow Propane

Oure tank came with the house. First we checked local references. All raved about excellent service or complemented Gerow about service attitude. It is two years later now and we would give the same kind of reference. ...and the price is right!

Excellent service. Always availble and reliable.

Came back from vacation late last night to find the house near freezing and the propane tanks empty. I left a message on Eric's answering machine which was returned within 5 minutes. A short time later, he arrived all the way from Brighton to our home in Carrying Place to cheerfully fill our tanks at 2:00 am, stayed to make sure our heat came back on, and refused to take any sort of tip for the late night emergency call, saying it's all just part of their service! I'd rate them 6+ stars!

Gerow tank came with property purchase. As a seasonal user I did not need my tank filled often but paid yearly rental. The tank was old, rusty and out dated. Sending last years check in I requested a new legal tank tank with a gauge. Received a phone call saying that they did not supply my size of tank or replace it and someone would come to pick it up with no option to continue service :( The new supplier cost me $200 insp. fee, time and effort to be here. Booo on Gerow, Don't use them :(
