I had been coming to this clinic for several years. The last time I attempted to make an appointment the secretary claimed to have no record of me ever visiting their clinic, essentially meaning they lost my patient records. She said they would look into it and proceeded to book my appointment and confirmed time and date. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment and was told that nobody had booked an appointment, despite my having phone records of the booking call. Total disorganization.
Dr Lenarcik is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. He is very professional and responsible. I went to the clinic today and there were lots of patients were waiting for him. I can see that he was so stressed out but still he was so patient to me!! I will not go anywhere else.
Terrible business. Stay away. Wait times are atrocious the Drs have absolutely 0 regard for paitents time what. Had an appointment booked at 1130 and 1200 for my children. At 1205 I was told that the Dr was running another 20 minutes behind and to go browse eyeglasses. My children had not even been seen by a Dr yet. At 1240 now 1 hour 10 minutes past appointment. STILL NO DR and was told another 15-20 minutes. As a business owner this is absolutely shameful. Stay away!
We live in Toronto and drive to London just to see Dr. Lenarcik for our eye exams. We've been seeing him for over 15 years and would never go anywhere else. He always has the latest technology and state of the art equipment for early detection of any eye problems. As well as the newest and most comfortable fitting contact lenses in the industry. Dr. Lenarcik will devote as much time as you need to make sure you have the best vision possible. Highly recommend.
This plains every detail of your ractice cares that you get the eye care solution you need. Explains in detail what your needs are and everyone in the practice is knowledgeable and efficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lenarcik's for many years and had nothing but excellent service and care. In fact not only do I recommend him to friends but my wife and children have been going to the Good Dr. Lenarcik for almost as many years and are very happy with the care they receive. The equipment is up to date, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to use their office, and highly recommend them to you and yours.
Dr. Dar Lenarcik is amazing. I came to him five years ago after basically giving up on wearing lenses because my previous doctor had misdiagnosed me. Not only did Dr. Dar figure out the right diagnosis (I have a rare combination of myopia and presbyopia), he found perfect lenses for me.
This year the brand that I have been wearing for thelast five years was discontinued. Dr. Dar did some research and found a great alternative for me. Each time I was impressed with his knowledge and patience.
I have been going to see Dr. Dar for years now and have since then moved to Toronto. Not sure if this is normal but I make certain I go back to see him as I have had some issues with my eyes that Dr. Dar has helped me with. He takes a lot of care and never seems rushed and always manages to find a joke or two to crack. A people person all the way...I recommend him highly!
I want to recommend this clinic. Dr. Dar was the first doctor to teach us about the importance of using daily contact lenses while doing water sports. There is a whole variety of products that you can try on. A nice person to talk to.
Dr. Dar is a professionalist, knows a lot about latest inventions in contact lenses business. He did a thorough medical research and was helpful with the choice of lenses. I would highly recommend his clinic.
Dr. Dar really took the time to offer me the best options available, and also explained where his recommendations were coming from after ACTUALLY TALKING to me to discover my needs. He made sure to get details of how I use my eyes for most of the day, and educated me on the importance of protecting my eyes from sun UV by wearing sunglasses, which no one has ever done before.
I also got fit for fantastic contact lenses that I can't even feel in my eyes.
No status quo, thisoffice is miles ahead.

When I went to see Dr. Dar, all I wanted was to buy more contacts. I'd foolishly been overwearing my lenses to save money, & had ripped my last lens. When I called in a panic he skipped his lunch and saw me the SAME DAY!! My former eye doc offered me an appt in 3 weeks, knowing that I had no lenses to see with and that my Rx is high!
Even though Dr. Dar sells contacts, he said he couldn’t because I had an infection in my eye which needed to be treated first, and recommended glasses instead.
Dr. Dar is great! Very fun to talk to, can easily connect with. The eye exam itself was seamless. No issues, complications whatsoever. The service there is great as well!
Dr. Lenarcik gave me the best eye exam I ever had. Pretty efficient clinic too, considering all the testing they do. And I’ve never seen better out of a pair of glasses. Highly recommended.
Undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had with an optometrist. I arrived at the office 15 minutes prior to my appointment start at 10:30, only to learn that the Dr. Lenarcik had yet to arrive. 2 hours later, he meanders into the building through what I can only assume was a back door, since he certainly didn’t walk by the patients. Skip forward another hour and a half to when the doctor finally gets me in.

Dr. Dar Lenaecik is very thorough, has a gentle touch, and knows his craft well. He prescribed glasses for me which help tremendously. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an eye examination. I was suffering from a very bad stye at the time of said examination, and he wasted no time referring me to the urgent care area of the Ivey Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital for further consultation regarding the condition which only kept getting worse, and refused to go away. Good results.
Dr. Dar Lenarcik really takes his time with patients and while this may mean appointment times are a bit longer, patients who are looking for a thorough eye exam can be assured that they've come to the right place. I've been to too many optomistrists who didn't even dilate my eyes when conducting my annual exam! He has state of the art equipment, he offers the newest technology and he took the time to answer all of my questions instead of rushing me out the door. Highly Recommended!
