Go get your dentistry done elsewhere!!!!!
Honestly I would not recommend going here unless your willing to pay a lot more than you've been told. My son went to Broadway Dental for major dental work. He has Autistic Spectrum Disorder and needed to be sedated to get the work done. I submitted his paperwork in a timely manner and followed all their instructions. A week before his appointment they told us the time. It was at 3pm, my son wouldn't be able to eat all day, this didn't work. I had to argue with staff that my son has a disorder and needed to be treated earlier in the day. I was ignored and put off for 3 days. before they finally did anything. Then when my son had the surgery they mixed him up with a four year old that had called in sick and didn't have his current treatment plan. We saved up money for four months to pay for my son's treatment, I paid them there. Two weeks later I received a bill in the mail from them wanting more money! And they wanted it within a week!!! I called to find out where this additional cost had come from and they cited a bunch work I never consented to!!!! When I told them I would not pay that, they offered to split the cost with me because they were "in the Christmas spirit." When I told them I would not pay for the work the office manager got cross and threatened that if I didn't accept their offer I would be responsible for the full amount. I told them I had been in touch with the Alberta Dental Association and would be making a formal complaint.
