    I am really disappointed with this company. They claim to be very professional yet when I called on my 78 year old widowed mother's behalf because her washing machine has not worked since dec 28th the lady valerie was defensive and offered no solution to an issue that is easily solved by simply purchasing a new washing machine. Rather than trying ro resolve the problem both her and Bob only seem to be intererested in defending their decisions and actions. My brother had the same experience as w
