Brampton Locksmith

We had a new lock set installed. When I asked how we could pay I was told Credit or Debit. Visa was acceptable. They did not accept cheques. However when we paid with Visa there was a fee of $18.98 “because of the machine”. I called the office and spoke to the person who was surprised to hear of this fee. She told me someone would call the next day to sort it out. We have yet to receive this call. Had we known about this exhorbitant fee we would have used another firm. Beware.

I would give it 0 stars I called them to unlock my door because I forgot my keys inside it was a simple door knob lock and they told me it would be 74 dollars… the locksmith shows up “couldn’t “ unlock the door and told me there was “another” magical way to unlock the door but it would cost 250 dollars :/ literally worst service ever lied about the pricing over the phone just to get my business… I guess this is why you can’t leave a google review that’s how bad they are… never calling them again

Brampton Locksmith got my new transponder key programmed and working efficiently it should. I gave them a call to let them know about my concern and they were up for the job. They did the programming quick and easy. I would recommend their locksmith service to anyone who needs help in this area as I could testify that they are really professional.

AVOID THIS COMPANY they are Horrible. had an elderly woman locked out of her house. Called just before 3pm and was told someone would go out immediately. Got a call from the tech just before 4pm saying he was on his way. Called again and they tried to say they've been calling, ya right. No one showed up until 6pm at the same time I was able to get a spare key there. They didn't do anything and charged her $30.
