Do NOT recommend, no customer service when things go wrong with his over-priced locks!! Very rude as well. Told us to phone the company directly and deal with it yourself. No rating
Wow this owner has no business dealing with people rude obnoxious and condescending. I have dealt with him several times and hope I never have to again.
The fastest I've ever had keys cut, and friendly service to boot. Ron is a very kind man and even made my second set of keys in a different colour because it was hard to tell them apart. Now I don't need to have a sticker on one key, it's just obvious! Super friendly and we'll priced, I'd recommend to anyone and will be going back for all future key cuts. Also he takes covid precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.
Was charged $600.00 for two entrance door dead bolts!! Total rip off. I was in a person crisis situation at the time. I was in such shock at the price, I did not question it. Looking back, all of the signs were there that he was gearing up to rip me off. I certainly will never recommend this business. I echo the comment in another review, he does not deserve even one star. My future business will be places elsewhere.
Customer service was poor and the service provider was impatient and rude. I wanted to support small business but I think I’ll just take my business to somewhere more reliable
My wife misplaced the keys to both cars. I lent her my spare and called Ron. He had very sage advice and great phone manner. Upon visiting his shop, he was timely, gave me a reasonable quote, and advised of upgrades to my present key set. Although the keys were found that night, and a second set was not needed, I felt I would certainly go back to his shop in the future for what was professional and experienced advice, caring, and service! Doesn't rate any stars. The rudest people that made me drive from brantford so they could laugh at me and tell me that they couldn't program my remote they knew that before I arrived,I had called in advance

Ron was a super nice guy. The negative comments confuse me as to the person who helped me out the other day. His prices are no different than any other locksmith. Life isn't free. I was happy to buy from a local small business. Thanks again Ron for helping me sort out my issues with the van key. I would recommend Ron to a friend for sure. 45 years in business says something. I'm sure Ron gets his share of rude customers and Ron doesn't get to write a review on them.
