I closed 2 deals with this gentlemen. 1st one he performed absolutely fine, but few moths after, when I decide to used him again, he charged me $1000 more without notify me in advance. When I tried to get in touch with him, he did not answer. So ... be careful with this guy.

He represented the seller of my real estate purchase and did not provide the final adjustments amounts until noon before the closing date. As a result, I was not able to get a bank draft on time due to non-conventional banking and risked moving the closing date and extra lawyers fees. He also failed to inform my lawyers of the move out date of the tenants in the unit and failed to provide credit for their rent. I had to request a credit after closing.
