    We paid hundred dollars for a chimney inspection then chased this company for months just to get a quote on a damper (that they didn't keep the measurements for and had to return to remeasure). I then chased them for several months months to try and get the part installed only to have 2 no show cancellations on their part and one promised call back from one of the owners to personally install it himself that never came. I chased them from Jan-Sept and would not recommend this company to anyone.

    They solicit your business, make an appointment, then don’t show up. When you reach out to them , they deny they ever contacted you. Took day off work, thanks for wasting my time
