BIC Round Stic pens, package of 12 medium, blue. I purchased two packages of pens before the pandemic hit, and (5) five of each package would not write. I am a senior, house-bound, and do puzzles, sketch and doodle with pens. I am now down to one pen, with three which will not write, after already throwing out five. I am frustrated, and definitely not happy with this product. Explain.
