    never use ServiceMaster, if your insurance suggests them, insist on other options. it has been a 127 day ordeal with a basement flood, they returned no contact from august 2nd to September 4th and then Tracy suggested the delay was our fault because a single cancellation of an appointment, made recently by the flooring contractor after our insurance gave him direction with silence from service-master.
