    From the moment I...

    From the moment I had Palisade contracting in my home for an estimate I felt like i was in good hands. Jeremy and his team delivered above and beyond what was promised. I love my new bathroom, and the service provided was great. They literally gave us the red carpet treatment. My home was respected and the price quoted was the price charged. I wont be calling anyone else, Palisade contracting is my first call.

    If you want to us...

    If you want to use this contractor for your home renovations make sure that you get a quote and a signature from the owner of Palisade Contracting before the work starts. I got parts of a deck installed and the costs doubled after the construction was done. I had negotiated with the Manager beforehand but the owner did not honour this agreement. The workmanship is also poor and I had to get many parts redone after the fact. I would not recommend this company to friends or colleagues.

    If ever we have a client who feels they have not been fully satisfied, Palisade will always make an honest effort to do whatever we can to rectify the situation. Occasionally, there are unforeseen situations that may lead to the evolution of the homeowners' project. The only option is to proceed with Palisade's quality and professionalism that our Thunder Bay customer base has come to know and appreciate.
