Have been taken to the cleaners - Bought an appliance - Samsung Washing Machine 3 months ago - for $672.79 - had a I yr warranty and the repair man Shane from Royco's refused to come out and fix it - At first he said he would but left me dangling for a couple months - the Appliance Superstore in the Seaway Mall, manager Andrea Eros. and him were having a tift There is no serial number on the machine because I just found out it was a recall - so Samsung will not help me either
