I booked an all inclusive vacation to mexico for myself and my girlfriend through Itravel2000 from December 14-21, 2021, and bought the comprehensive all travel insurance through Manulife for herself and I. Unfortunately, my gf's brother passed away 9 days before our travel, and we had to cancel our trip 6 days before it. I contacted sunwing on December 8th, and they confirmed cancelling the vacation on December 9th, 2021. So far, they have been jerking us while having all the documents!
