I just wanted to thank Wayne for being an honourable Mechanic. I took my Rav4 into the shop to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced due to a scraping noise from the rear wheels when braking. I received a call from Wayne telling me the brakes were fine and the noise was from rusted brake parts due to the car sitting through the Pandemic.
