I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!

Shopping here was a delight. The merchandise is fun, fresh, flattering and distinctive. It's Canadian made and fashionably designed. The staff was incredibly helpful, personable, and honest. Jainna, the manager, assisted me on the phone prior to my visit and when I walked in, she and Angie took good care of me. The whole experience confirmed why in-store shopping with professional, kind staff will ALWAYS be better than impersonal online purchases. I'll be back!

Wonderful selection of very nice clothing - unique and stunning shirts and sweaters. great selection of trousers, ties, socks, etc. And what makes it even better is the staff who are professionals. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
