Modern Matcha Ceremony & Fine Matcha Tasting

Experience the elegance of a traditional Japanese tea ceremony with a modern matcha ceremony. Held at Crème de la Crumb in downtown Vancouver, this 90-minute matcha tasting is akin to a wine tasting, but with a variety of flavours and varieties of fine matcha!

  • When: Mondays in September at 2:30 pm

Chef Meets Truck

What happens when you pair prominent Vancouver restaurant chefs with local food truck chefs? Delicious food and the second annual Chef Meets Truck event. A collaboration between the Chef’s Table Society of B.C. and the Yaletown Business Improvement Association, this fest is for foodies ages 19 and older. The price of admission gets you food samples from eight participating food trucks, and wine and beer samples from Cedar Creek Estate Winery and Parallel 49 Brewing.

  • When: Tuesday September 12th from 6 pm to 9 pm
  • Where: Hamilton Street and Nelson Street in Yaletown
  • Price: $69 + taxes and fees (a portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank)

Vancouver Whisky Festival

The Vancouver Whisky Festival returns for its second year to celebrate whisky culture and appreciation. Join like-minded whisky enthusiasts and international brand ambassadors for tastings and master classes at this all-day event, for which all profits will be donated to charity.

Celebration of the Senses

Engage all of your senses and enjoy local B.C. food and drink with Celebration of the Senses. Hosted by the B.C. Economic Development Corporation, attendees to the September 16th event, held at UBC Farm, will visit the medicinal garden and taste delicious dishes and wines.

Tasting Plates Vancouver
