August is packed with food festivals! From Taste of Danforth to an All-You-Can-Eat Cereal party there is something to keep you chewing all month long. Annual faves like  the Roundhouse Craft Beer Fest and Jerk Fest are back this summer, alongside the popular Twilight Tuesdays at the Drake One Fifty and the Toronto Food Truck Festival. Twilight Tuesdays: Night Market
The Drake’s Twilight Tuesdays are back this year and feature some of the best food establishments in the city. Participating restaurants include Momofuku Daisho, Pizzeria Libretto, Tundra and more! There will also be local artisans, tarot card readings and a live DJ.

Toronto Food Truck Festival
August long weekend is the perfect time to check out Toronto’s food trucks! The best eateries on four wheels roll into Woodbine Park for the long weekend, where there will be fun activities for the kids and live-eating challenges!

Taste of India Food Festival
Taste of India is back this year and features more than 50 vendors showcasing the best in Indian cuisine. Vendors include Bombay Chowpatty, Coconut Island, Desi-licious and more. Visitors can expect live performances from Bollywood dancers, a live DJ and Bhangra.

Roundhouse Craft Beer Fest
The Roundhouse Craft Beer Fest is back this year and bigger than ever! The annual festival is set to include more craft breweries than previous years, local food trucks and live music. Participating breweries include Steam Whistle, Flying Monkeys, Beau’s All natural, Lost Craft and more.

Taste of Danforth
Taste of the Danforth is Toronto’s largest celebration of Greek food! Taking place in the Danforth neighbourhood, restaurants along the famous street open their doors to serve some of the best Greek cuisine in the city. There will also be live performances and a midway for the kids!

Dinner Under the Stars
As a part of the Feast of St. Lawrence celebrations, Dinner Under the Stars is a charity event in support of FoodShare Toronto. The meal will be provided by restaurants who call the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood home, like The Hot House Restaurant, Biff’s Bistro, Barsa Taberna, Omni King Edward and more. Eat your fill while listening to live music on site.

Waterfront Night Market
The ever-popular Waterfront Night Market is back again this summer, and it’s setting up shop in Toronto’s latest it venue – the Hearn Generating Station! The infamous night market has launched the careers of many restauranteurs including Thoroughbred. The vendors will be announced shortly.

JerkFest
The JerkFest is all about food and music, and this year the lineup is massive. Performers like Brian McKnight, Freddie Jackson and Maxi Priest are scheduled to perform. There will be an abundance of food vendors all showcasing classic and contemporary Caribbean flavours, and there’s a Jerk chicken-eating contest!

Pan American Food & Music Festival
Chefs from across the Western hemisphere gather at Yonge-Dundas Square for the Pan American Food and Music Festival! Featuring delicious eats by chefs like Rich Francis, Brock Shepard and Lorena Ramos, you won’t go home hungry!

Kothu Fest
The Kothu Fest celebrates Sri Lankan cuisine with dishes from Toronto’s most popular restaurants and pop ups. Now in its third year, the fest promises more vendors, live cooking demonstrations, food eating competitions and spice demonstrations.

Sweetery
Sweetery is a street festival dedicated to Toronto’s sweets. Chow down on unique desserts and sweet treats at this two-day festival. Emerging talent from George Brown College will be there to showcase their decadent creations. No word on vendors yet.

St. Lawrence Market Street Celebration
In celebration of the Feast of St. Lawrence, there’s a Market Street festival that features food stalls from the neighbouring restaurants, demonstration sessions, fresh produce and more. You can also take part in a pig roast at the Farmer’s Market.

Dinner en Blanc Toronto
The exclusive dinner en Blanc is back in Toronto this summer. The chic dinner party concept and secretive location was born in Paris more than 30 years ago. All attendees must wear white. The only way to register is if you know someone who has attended Dinner en Blanc last year. You must be registered to take part in the dinner.

The Big Feastival
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver opened his first international restaurant right here in Toronto, and now he’s bringing his famous The Big Feastival to the GTA this year! A weekend packed with chefs, food vendors, cooking lessons and glamping, it promises to be the biggest food festival of the year!

Wild Blueberry Weekend
Evergreen Brick Works celebrates wild blueberries with tastings, local chef creations and fresh blueberries for sale. Learn about the superfood and the health benefits of eating them. Some blueberry-themed food includes blueberry tapioca crepes, arepa filled blueberry pork, blueberry soda, wild blueberry mochi and more.

Toronto Vegan Food and Drink Festival
The Toronto Vegan Food and Drink Festival showcases the best in vegan cuisine! This year’s vendors include Doomies, Yam Chops, Sweets From Earth, Bunner’s and more.

Taste of Manila
Taste of Manilla is one of the best Filipino food festivals in Toronto! Taking place on the corner of Bathurst and Wilson the festival features authentic Filipino cuisine from local vendors.

East End Beer Fest
The Broadview Hotel hosts the first ever East End Brew Fest. Showcasing 12 breweries from East Toronto, the inaugural event promises to be a fun and engaging evening. More information to be released soon.

Beer, Bourbon & BBQ
Beer, Bourbon & BBQ is a festival that features Toronto’s best barbecue, craft beer and bourbon cocktails. Leslieville Beerfest
Looking for an old fashion street party? The Leslieville Beerfest has you covered! The festival takes place along Dundas Street East between Logan Avenue and Carlaw. Local breweries and restaurants are offering samples!

Saturday Morning All-You-Can-Eat-Cereal Cartoon Party
