S.M.D Carpentry

Sean and Darren were prompt, efficent, knowledgable and open to comments. They came prepared to do my job and completed it on time as promised. They came with a great idea and carried it out to the letter. Afterwards they cleaned up the sight, leaving me with an awesome back stoop.

I’ve got to say that S.M.D carpentry went above and beyond to complete what I wished for. My deck is stunning!. The guys that worked there were super friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend.

We hired S.M.D Carpentry to build a temporary wall with a barn door in our older home. We want to be able to take the wall out in a few years without damaging the original wood flooring in our home. I had high expectations to begin with, but Sean far and above exceeded my expectations beyond what I could have imagined. The care, detail and thought he put into the wall is incredible. I am absolutely blown away by the level of craftmanship. I highly recommend this company! We would use them again.

Sean and his team at SMD Carpentry came via a recommendation from my mom. He did a fabulous job there so it was a no-brainer to go with him when we needed our new back patio stairs and support post put in. Great work, attention and care to detail, worked quickly and diligently to complete the job ahead of schedule, explained everything in detail so we understood every part of the process. So pleased with their work that we have already lined them up for another project!

Not only did he take the time to research the best method, equipment and tools he could use, but he was honest enough to explain the reasons why he felt another professional would be better for the job.
