Awful. Installed a new roof early to prevent leaks. Not even two years old and it leaks. Company owner makes excuses and refuses to honour the 5 year warranty on labour that is listed on the paperwork. Very rude, unprofessional, and just a terrible experience when dealing with this company. Comes up with any excuse possible to avoid fixing his mistakes. The only thing that changed is the roof, and now it leaks? Honour your warranty and fix it! Save your money and hire a better company.
In July,I accepted their quote to do my roof. I then spent two months chasing them by phone for a follow-up visit to check my ventilation before roofing. I was continuously put off with cancelled appointments because he was too busy to come. I said I could wait until Sept. for the roof. I called Wednesday and was told yes, I was on the list, and he would come see me. The next day he calls to tell they could NOT do my roof, this year, after all, since they were too busy. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
