    I met with Linda shortly after my arrival in Canada and, in the beginning, I was overwhelmed by the process, the number of documents required(later referred to as "the book"). The first couple of meetings left me confused, but as I made my way through the process, Linda and staff were there for me..a phone call away to answer any questions. She combed through my forms and documents looking for inconsistancies leaving me with detailed notes.I got my PR in less than 2 yrs. Highly reccommend.
