The service we received from that clinic was the worst experience we (me and my husband) ever had in our lives with optometrists. All the vision check procedure took us about 4 hours!!! 4 hours we spent in that place!!! So we finally was able to go home at 6 pm. Moreover, at the very end, when we felt completely tired, the doctor he tried to sell us prescriptions for lenses $35 and other services. We just wanted to receive honest service, and we don't get it. I'll definitely never go there again
Warm and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was addressed and taken care of. I felt that all employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I received excellent care and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Dr. Lenarcik is the worst doctor. Made me wait 2 hours for my appointment, and apparently he always does this. Then after when I asked for my prescription he did not even have it written, and I had to wait almost two weeks for him to write a copy. Very rude, pressured me to buy the most expensive contacts, and no respect for his patients or staff. Not recommended!
This was probably the worst heath service I have ever received. Went here a year ago and had awful service but thought I would try it again. First of all, I called and left a message and never got a call back. The assistant was awful - had no clue what was happening, while in my appointment checking my eyes she left 3 times to answer to a call. When with a patient they should be your first priority. The doctor, Dr. Pushka was very unhelpful and unprofessional. When looking at my eyes her hair was pushed up in my face. Refused to give me more trail lenses, though they were to be ordered and I have to wait 10 days to get them. When I asked for my prescription she refused to give it to me because I wanted to get contacts else where. Pure awful service. The only one helpful was the blonde assistant, she knew more about the contacts than the actual doctor. Would highly not reccomend.
Miss Guolla, you left the office with TEN pairs of daily contact lenses AND a copy of your prescription that day. You did not even pay for a fitting fee. I left the office ONCE to talk to Dr Dar about your previous visit. I tried to engage you in a conversation about your studies but you were rude with your answers. I was not unprofessional with you at all.
