    I am very disappointed with Farr Better Plumbing, promised job would be done in 7 days, 12 weeks later still going on. Shawn failed to show up time and time again, and had multiple excuses. By Farr the worst plumber I have ever worked with, stay away from this guy!!!!

    Thank you for an excellent service.I can't thank you enough for coming out when I couldn't get anyone else. Your team did a great installing the new Sump Pump. Very helpful and friendly.I'll be calling soon to install the hot water tank.Definitely recommend Far Better Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

    I got a recommendation for Farr Better Plumbing from a friend.Shawn and his team came the first time for a flooded basement and have always been great egardless of whether my plumbing concern is an emergency or a non-emergency situation,he always arrive quickly to assist.Shawn explains the situation and is honest about possible options. Above all else, their prices are more than fair jobs big and small.They even took the time to let me know of future problems I may face in the future. A+ Plumber

    Shawn engaged collections in less than 24 hours after issuing an invoice that I disputed. His rates had a 350% increase without notice and he was unwilling to negotiate the outrageous uplift in his rates. He operated unscrupulously by stating my HWT need to be changed however it lit up without an issue. He was unprofessional and I recommend that you look elsewhere for a plumber.
