There's not much that I haven't seen or done when it comes to house painting. From my start in new construction to restoration of century and heritage homes to owner occupied residential repaints. I've witnessed the evolution of paints from lead base to environmentally conscious non-allergenic and no VOC paint and I've seen and corrected the disasters that can arise from poor preparation or the use of inferior products. When I began in this business painters had to be certified tradesmen, sadly this is no longer true.
