AWFUL

Had much better meals on airplanes and in hospitals. This place makes me want to bring lunch to work. Seriously, anyone who eats here regularly should think long and hard. I'm sure there's hundreds, maybe thousands of better places in Kingston to eat.Learned my lesson, NEVER AGAIN!!

foodie should come again

hey foodie, ive gone there a lot and ive only seen the older girl ignor ppl and her job meny times infact she has skipped me and meny others just to serve 1 guy. they may have asked if you wer ready and you not of heard them ask... and if ppl r leaving its because they know what they want and just dont see it. the meatloaf use to be 1 thick peice and now 2 that would make up for the one... but yes can fall apart if cut too early.. and as for portion and price, ive seen portion get bigger, and the price has only gone up once in the 3 years the new owners have had it and thats because food cost hase gone up meny times... i go there 3-5 times a week and love it...

Deli has gone downhill

I have been going to Keiths since it opened. It used to be a great deli and I didn't mind the wait. As with most restaurants, the portion sizes have shrank but the prices have risen. I could tolerate this, if the service was the same. The service is not what it used to be. The staff could care less and the quality of the food is...well....forgettable. I used to love the meatloaf sandwich with the mac and cheese. Now the meatloaf is sliced so paper thin, it barely holds together and is not worth the outrageous price charged. The last time I was in, the two guys working behind the counter were so busy talking to one another they ignored the customers and people were walking out. Unless the overall quality improves, goodbye Keiths.

Sorry MOM

in this little paradise of Kingston you can find what you want, and what will fill your craving. although the ownership has changed the service and quality just gets better. the service is exilant. the employees have a great sence of humour, and they grt your order fast leaving you happy and wanting to come back for more. the food ranger from a-z but its all thumbs up. the prices are great.and peanut butter squares are better. lol. the only problem i have is its not open all night for my 2 am hunger, ao i always have to bring some home. in hine sight Keith's deli is number 1 for me... sorry mom.

Why is this place always lined up?

When I first moved to Kingston I was told a dozen or more times that I had to go to Keith's Deli for lunhc. Boy was I disappointed. I went in and waited in a long line (it is always lined-up) to get a Montreal smoked meat sandwich. It was made on store bought bread and tasted like grocery store deli meat re-heated. I could have made this sandwich at home for a third of the price.

Great little dine in place to grab a tasty, healthy bite to eat. Try the peanut butter bars, they rock.
