Terrible Customer Service

I have used this company in the past and was pleased with their work. Made an appointment recently for some repair work and when the workman didn't show up after an hour and a half I called and was told, in an extremely rude, curt tone, that there was a two hour window for the repair time. When I explained that I wasn't informed about the two hour window both individuals I spoke to (co-owners of the store) yelled at me and then hung up the phone. I have never experienced such abusive customer service. I have also never written a review like this before but I felt that it was necessary given the poor customer service - actually hostile. Needless to say I will never use this company or refer them.
