    Excellent experience dealing and working with KSM Engineering. They are very knowledgeable, straightforward, and trustworthy. The site visit was scheduled very quickly, the inspection was thorough and the engineer was very helpful, professional and accessible. I would recommend KSM to others.

    KSM engineering service was very helpful with the process of designing my deck. My deck was build to code and I had no problem getting my permit from the city. KSM Engineering also worked with my deck builder to ensure that everything was done correctly. Very happy with the service that was provided.

    Great service! The site visit was scheduled very quickly, the inspection was thorough and the whole process from start to finish was 7 days. The engineer was very helpful, professional and accessible. I would definitely recommend KSM to anyone.

    COMPLETE FRAUD - STAY AWAY!!!

    We requested a deck drawing from Mohammed who charged me $1300. The drawing was rejected by City of Toronto due to errors made from Mohammed's lack of experience. When I had asked him to make the revisions, he refused to do so without receiving further payment. He took my hard earned money, made multiple errors on the drawing and refused to correct his work.
