    I specifically requested a European hem (original hem of the jean), which maintains the style of the denim and does not make the denim look as though it has been shortened. This was printed on the receipt. Upon picking them up, this work was not complete in this manner, effectively ruining the look of the jean. A "regular" hem was used. The explanation given for the incorrect work was "we were busy". The bill was adjusted to reflect the cheaper workmanship, which looks cheap and ugly.
